Game Description:

Nimble skirmisher with dash drive. Excels at hunting down slow-moving targets. In skillful hands Kumiho easily disrupts the enemy backline while remaining almost impossible to catch.

“I always wondered why that called it so. Now I understand. It stole my heart, and I’m sure it will lead me into my grave some day.” – Pixonic

Super speed, two medium hardpoints and high health points… talk about a troublemaking trio! While it lacks shielding, the Kumiho is a tough bot to catch on the move which more than makes up for its lack of built-in protection.

As one of the trio of Dash bots in the War Robots game (Bulgasari and Haechi being the other), Kumiho is a premier beacon capper and as such has blinding regular speed. Bulgasari gets a Physical Shield, Haechi an Energy Shield, and Kumiho has its speed. It also has only two medium hardpoints while the other two received three.

The medium-class Kumiho is preferred to the Rogatka as it is faster, may lack the Jump ability but Dash means you’ll reach cover and steal beacons in the blink of an eye. Kumiho can also Dash twice and cool down whereas the Rogatka can Jump only once in the same time period. They both have the same amount of firepower and Kumiho is much more expensive at 10,000 Components vs. Rogatka at 2,500 Au.

Kumiho, Korean for “nine-tailed fox,” may be seen as the “lightest” of the three Dash bots for its lack of shield and firepower, but experienced pilots keep it on deck as a beacon capper and late-game dominator. Want to take one out? Wait for it to expend its dashes and hit as quick as possible before it takes off again. It dominates on all maps but is especially useful on larger maps where open space catches out fast-but-slower beacon cappers.
