Game Description:

Heavy hardpoint is placed on the side which allows for uninterrupted fire from cover.

No, Golem wasn’t named after the famous Tolkein character obsessed with his “precious.” I mean, since you were about to ask, right? It was actually named not after a Lord of the Rings’ magical character from Middle Earth but after a magical clay monster brought to life by a 16th century Rabbi from Prague. Ahem… the more you know, right? Ok I digress…

The Golem is a medium-class bot based on versatility and able to survive with heavy firepower through to the middle game. It arrives with 1 heavy weapon slot, another medium and a final light slot. What it makes up for against the Vityaz in firepower it sacrifices in terms of durability (read: health points). It doesn’t carry a Physical or Energy shield, so be wary of return fire.  Decent speed makes this a complete bot and one worth investing in until you reach the higher tiers.

At the intermediate levels, it can hang with the Leo for damage output, has more health than a GL. Patton and maintains pace with Vityaz. Thanks to its triple hardpoint setup, it can adapt to any situation you may find yourself in. Go full plasma with a Trebuchet/Zeus/Redeemer paired with a medium Energy weapon (think Scourge/Shocktrain/Taran) and Magnum/Gekko depending on distance required. Or if you prefer more conventional projectiles, you can go the Trident/Nashorn/Kang Dae route matched up with Orkans/Tulumbas and Pinatas/Pins also depending on distance required. A bullet party can be had with Tempests and Punisher T/Punisher or Molot T/Molot. You can even go knife-fighter with Thunder/Storm/Gust. I would say the world is your oyster here, but that wouldn’t be kosher. Get it? Full circle comedy here.
