Game Description:

Medium-range unguided rocket launcher. Rockets have a medium AOE (area of effect). Deal damage to a group of enemies as well as their physical shields or enemies taking cover. Automatic firing mode. Launch rockets precisely and separately or in long bursts. Smart Reload System. Weapon reloads to full capacity while firing as soon as one missile is expended.

The Tulumbas is a better-ranged yet weaker version of the Orkan. Like the Pinata was made for the Orkan at short range, the Pin was made for the Tulumbas at medium range. Splash damage for each rocket fired is good but an 18 second reload is a negative.  The bonus: the ability to fire while reloading.

Tulumbas arrives as a stock weapon on many different robots, so you’ll most likely never need to buy one and pay the 425,000 Silver. You’ll find the Tulumbas on the Russian Death Button (RDB) setup Griffin or Rhino and if used properly can handle the conventional Orkan/Pinata setup by firing first at your range (500m) vs theirs (300m).

A longer range option for the Tulumbas is on a Natasha with double Tridents. This setup is never seen above mid-tier leagues.

According to Wiki, the S-13 Tulumbas is “an unguided rocket used on fighter jets… usually fired in pairs, and is used for group targets to ensure a sure-fire hit. The S-25 shares the same feature.” The Tulumbas’ missiles have a yellow/orange coloration as opposed the red coloration of Pin missiles.

MK2 Levels 1-12 cost the same in terms of time and currency. A 20% damage bonus is added per missile/plasma blast depending on the weapon along with “added durability.”
